In most cases, we handle all necessary permits and airspace authorizations on your behalf. Mexico's AFAC regulates drone operations, and our pilots are fully certified. For restricted zones (near airports, government buildings, or large public events) we'll notify you in advance and manage the paperwork — at no extra cost for standard locations.
Delivery times depend on the plan. Photography packages are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Video edits range from 5 to 10 business days depending on complexity. The Full Grid inspection plan includes a priority 24-hour turnaround for the report. If you need a rush delivery, reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Safety and quality always come first. If wind speeds, rain, or visibility make flying unsafe or would result in subpar footage, we'll reschedule at no additional charge. We monitor weather conditions closely in the days leading up to the shoot and will reach out proactively if a reschedule looks necessary.
Absolutely. Our plans are a starting point, not a ceiling. If you need a specific aspect ratio, a particular edit style, raw LOG footage for your own colorist, or a combination of services across categories, just contact us. We'll put together a custom quote tailored to exactly what your project needs.
Yes — once full payment is received, all delivered files are yours. Plans that include "commercial usage rights" (such as The Agency Suite) explicitly cover use in advertising, branding campaigns, and third-party publications. For plans that don't explicitly state commercial rights, personal and editorial use is always included; just let us know your intended use if you're unsure.
